Ideally located, our brand-new community sits only minutes away from local shopping, dining, parks and medical facilities. Each senior living program at our family-first senior living community, whether assisted living, memory care or skilled nursing care, has been specially designed to meet a wide range of needs and preferences. Copper Trace is owned and operated by CarDon and Associates, a family-owned provider of senior lifestyle and living options in Indiana. With more than 35 years of experience, CarDon and Associates has a proven history of providing quality senior care.

Accommodations at our community are provided in a variety of shapes and sizes. Residents enjoy spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans, each outfitted with its own complete kitchen, private washer and dryer, wireless Internet access and a 24-hour emergency call system. All residences are provided with weekly housekeeping and flat linen services.
Meals are enjoyed three times daily in our community dining room, where each dish is prepared fresh and served restaurant-style. On-site amenities include a community library, theater, therapy gym and secured outdoor walking paths and courtyard areas. Events of all sorts are held throughout the day, so there is ample opportunity for residents to stay active, laugh and make new friendships.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My father WAS a resident at the Westfield facility for the past few years and due to disease process with his Alzheimer’s diagnosis he was moved into the memory care unit. Food was good, activities were wonderful, area was clean but Incontinent hygiene was horrible. He was doubled diapered for staff convenience and sometimes not checked for hours! Falls went unreported and at times we would find bruises and skin tears only to be treated when we brought it to their attention. And when our concerns were reported we were told only what we wanted to hear and nothing would be done until we became extremely upset and loud. And only then would we see a minimal amount of effort to resolve issues. That is when we decided to remove our father from this facility for his safety.
