Richmond-area seniors now have a community that caters to all levels of activity and health care needs. Whether your loved one requires assisted living, rehabilitative services, long-term care or memory care services, we have the staff and resources needed to maintain their independence and well-being.
Arbor Trace is owned and operated by CarDon and Associates, a family-owned provider of senior lifestyle and living options in Indiana. With more than 35 years of experience, CarDon and Associates has a proven history of providing quality senior care.
Featured Amenities
At our community, our residents can spend rainy afternoons watching movies in the theater, and during the spring, spend time on one of several outdoor patios. There is also a fitness room where we hold daily exercise classes, and in the fireside lounge, they can check the latest email from their family at the computer station.
Our private one-bedroom apartments feature a full kitchen; are wired for telephone, cable and Internet; and have safety features, such as an emergency call system and grab bars in the bathroom. Complimentary laundry rooms are available for residents or, if they prefer, laundry service is available.
Available Services
Our residents enjoy three delicious meals a day served in the inviting Bistro that features restaurant-style dining. Other household chores our residents don't have to do include housekeeping and linen services, as we handle those responsibilities. Transportation is also provided when errands need to be run.
Residents needing assisted living services receive an individual care plan that is designed to support their desire for independence yet balance the need for assistance. Through our Specialized Therapeutic and Rehabilitative Services (STARS) program, seniors receive personalized therapy that returns them to their highest functional level. Another portion of our community is specifically designed to care for seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia. Our Cherished Memories program encourages engagement in all aspects of our residents' lives so they remain active and engaged.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Arbor Trace is a wonderful place. I have personal dealings with several of the staff,namely Christina(social worker),Carly(social worker),Gretchen(activities director),Sharon(kitchen/dining room),Britnie(nurse),Jordan(nurse),and the therapy team and so many others that are wonderful and amazing..my aunt is in this facility and she is being well cared for! thanks to everyone who works so hard to make this facility as homey as possible...
