I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

The food has gone down hill for the past year. Why is it, I am paying all this money and they can not hire a qualified person to manage the kitchen. They are either running out of product or the food coming out is cold or overdone. I know residence are frustrated and are looking to move to other facilities. They have a beautiful facility and great staff who work with the residents. I am hopeful the new management will make the changes to keep people from leaving. The last thing is fix the fountain in back!!!!

Our family was very excited to bring our parents, Ed and Dot K. here! The staff have been very good and the facility is always kept up very nice. Unfortunately things have changed over the last couple years. Management has not been consistent and problems have not been solved. The one issue that has been continuous has been the food. With good management I would think keeping things in stock food hot and a good level of quality food would be mandatory. We have appreciated keeping our loved ones safe at the facility and you have done a great job to do that, that makes it even more important for the food to be at its highest level, that is something that they are look forward to in their day.We are anxious to see the changes that are going to be made, we have confidence that all the issues will be taken into consideration. Thank you.

We have been very satisfied with the help and care our father receives. All staff have been most helpful, calling and texting with information and has made this transition to assisted living and now into memory care much easier to deal with. Shanoah, all the 2nd floor staff and nurses have been helpful and diligent updating and being there to reach out with concerns etc. Memory care team is also most helpful-giving us updates etc. Octavia and her team have the experience with memory care residents . Jim in office,Quintina as coordinator, and Shannon have been most supportive. The front help are most helpful and willing to direct me to the person I need for whatever questions I have . Through this strange year with Covid , we are all impressed with how quickly protocol was put into place and continues to put the safety of residents a top priority. I know I have left names out but understand this facility is outstanding , with dedicated staff , Deb C.
