All units have full kitchens, spacious bathrooms with walk-in showers, and mounted the flat-screen TV. All utilities, including secured wifi, cable, and phone are included in your rent. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Regency Manor is very clean, very nice, and completely up-to-date facility wise. The apartments are gorgeous, and the price couldn't be better. The only issue that I have is there is no food provided on Saturdays and Sundays, and the kitchen is completely closed on Saturdays and Sundays. It's been a good experience for my mother still, and everybody seems knowledgeable about what they're doing and what amenities are available to them. They don't have activities. There are women who come down late at night and play cards. It's a lovely place, but they do not offer green space at all. It used to be an extended stay hotel, so it's just a giant parking lot.

Thank you Debra, we appreciate your feedback! We hope we are always upfront about what we offer. Our hope is to offer flexible options for independent living and give our resident choices. The kitchen and dining room are open Monday-Friday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We hope our residents take advantage of the full kitchens in their apartments, whether it is during the week or on the weekends. We believe this is truly the perfect balance for independent living. They can choose to prepare their own meals in their spacious kitchens or join their friends in the dining room. We also have a newsletter with scheduled community events. Many events are scheduled by Regency Manor (happy hours, ice cream socials, Bingo\'s, Birthday Celebrations, musical groups, seasonal events), while other activities (cards, board games, casino night, crafts) are organized by our residents. While we do lack green space, we do have a small patio with greenery, plants and flowers that is open Spring through Fall. As we continue to grow, we are always looking for ways to improve and expand. We truly want our residents to feel loved and appreciated and we want them to create positive memories in their Home!
