Amber Ridge Memory Care was created to provide additional support for those with memory loss in the Quad Cities area. In a residential setting, we strive to provide an environment that focuses on the individual and nurtures their abilities. Our community is based on person-centered care that engages residents in activities designed to support their independence and help them be successful with everyday activities.

Amber Ridge Memory Care is owned and operated by Provision Living. At Provision, all of our employees share a passion for serving others, and we treat each and every one of our residents like family. Our residents enjoy the privacy and convenience of their own private apartment with the benefit of multiple open common areas to encourage socialization and relationships between neighbors. Apartments at Amber Ridge Memory Care come in a selection of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans and feature in-suite climate controls as well as an emergency call system for added safety.

To help our residents maintain as active and independent a life as possible, we provide on-site access to a private, interior courtyard with gardening areas, a full-service beauty salon, a well-stocked library and fitness area. Our property also features several security features that keep residents safe while allowing them the freedom to enjoy our community.

Available Services

Using our signature Forget-Me-Not™ Care Model, which integrates a senior's personal abilities, history and interests, we are able to create a unique and personalized plan of care for each and every one of our residents. Our caregiving staff are available 24 hours a day to provide individual assistance and encouragement with life's daily activities.

To further ensure our residents are receiving the best care possible, we employ licensed nurses to oversee medications and dedicated activity specialists to provide daily engagement and stimulation. Our staff also take care of the laundry and housekeeping.
