Resident Choice Dining, Restaurant Dining, Culinary Staff, Wine and Cocktails, Large Menu, Bistro All Day, Room Service, Private Dining Room (reservations) Guest Meals Available. Utilities, High -Speed Internet. all included in Base Rent.
No Community Fee. PET FRIENDLY. Event Planner, Concierge Services, Valet Services. All meals, laundry, housekeeping, snacks, High Speed Internet, all included in base rent.

I visited this facility
The staff at Villa was very accommodating, they even offered refreshments when I went in. It's new so it's very nice. The grounds are beautiful, there are lots of walking paths around, and a pond that the residents can actually fish in. Some of the apartments have patios where they have chairs. It's more expensive than other places, but it was really nice and upscale.
