Monarch House is a privately owned assisted living community where active seniors can experience the finest care and services. Our community provides approach to senior living. We have a small staff to resident ratio for a more hands on approach in caring and assisting our residents.

We have a rooftop lounge that provides comfortable seating, café table and luxury rooftop restaurant. We also have a greenhouse and solarium that provides residents access to outside beauty of nature. We also have a theater room where movie nights are held. An on-site beauty salon and barbershop provides relaxation and pampering to our residents.

Our community offers an array of floor plans that will suit every residents need. We have one bedroom apartments and companion suites. Each home has its own private bathroom that has safety bars and ADA compliant, 14 hour emergency response system, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, and individually controlled air-condition.

Available Services

We are a close knit community and treat residents as family. Each residents is given customized care plan to ensure they receive the right care they need. Our staff are available on-site 24 hours a day and provides help in daily activities, grooming, bathing, and medication management.

Our residents can choose from different activities prepared to provide enjoyment and keep them engage. These activities also provide educational opportunities to our residents. We also help residents with their laundry, housekeeping and maintenance.
