With our country-inspired setting that is just a quick drive to Atlanta, seniors at Heritage of Brookstone can have a rural and urban lifestyle. We believe that needing assistance with life's daily activities does not mean losing independence, which why our services are personalized to each resident, and the activities offered at our community encourage an active lifestyle.
Featured Amenities
Our community features comfortable gathering areas where residents can meet to socialize or play a game. There are activities held daily that are designed to spark creativity and keep seniors mentally fit. On days when the weather is gorgeous, our residents can sit outside in the courtyard or take a stroll along the walking paths that wind through our landscaped grounds.
Residents will not miss having to cook as they enjoy the chef-prepared meals that feature fresh, seasonal ingredients. Meals are served restaurant-style in our comfortable and inviting community dining room.
Available Services
Our residents enjoy easy living here at Heritage of Brookstone because we take care of the housekeeping and maintenance of the apartments. We also provide scheduled transportation for group outings or personal appointments into town. For added convenience, all utilities except for cable and telephone are included in the monthly fee.
When residents join our community, we develop a personalized care plan so we can best meet their health care needs. Safety features such as a step-in shower and an emergency response system are found in each apartment, and there is staff on-site twenty-four hours to respond to any situation that arises. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
The rooms at Heritage of Brookstone are great. They are studio rooms so that my dad has his own room instead of a shared room like a hospital room. He finally got his own room after a year of being in a hospital room. Food is excellent. The nursing care is excellent. The doctors onboard at the facility are awesome. They're right there. It's the best move we ever made. There are so many activities going on. You're never bored. Instead of TVs everywhere (they don't have TVs), they have music playing. I'm so happy to hear the music. It's like walking back in time. This place is comfortable. It's not an open door where anybody could walk in at any time. Here, you have to sign in.

I visited this facility
Heritage of Brookstone was a nice place. We liked the folks there, but it had more of an atmosphere of assisted living and we're not looking for that yet. The staff was very nice and informative.
