Our residents enjoy a variety of spacious floor plans: companion suites, studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment includes a kitchenette with refrigerator, private bathrooms and views of our landscaped grounds. I Visited This Facility

We went to Golden Pond. They were great. There was a country-like feeling and it was not very crowded. The rooms were very large, airy, and bright. They have patios too. The staff members were great. I love Golden Pond, but it was expensive.

What I liked about Golden Pond was that it’s in a nice location with a lot of green spaces around it. The assisted living was nice. It’s more like a hotel-type setting. Their memory care was sizable but pretty basic although they were going to be doing renovations.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

I liked the director at Golden Pond Communities, and everyone seemed to be friendly and caring about the welfare of my mom. It's very clean. My mom seems to like the food, but I have never eaten there.

I Visited This Community

Of the two places that I went to see, my preference would be Golden Pond because their apartments had their own outside patio and green area. I just love to be outside. They had an exercise room and beauty salon.
