Description of King’s Reserve Sanford
The city of Sanford, Florida is a very tight-knit community. In 2012, the city launched its “Imagine Sanford” campaign which encourages residents to get involved in city planning and provide feedback to make Sanford the city that everyone dreams it to be. The Renaissance Retirement Center is the same way. In our community's construction, we were mindful of the details that make retirement living a more enjoyable experience for seniors.

Our community offers independent and assisted living services to allow seniors to enjoy their retirement on their own terms.
Our beautiful manicured lawn and gardens with walking paths provide plenty of opportunity for exercise and enjoyment by residents and visitors. An outdoor patio has tables and chairs offering a comfortable spot for a cup of tea or card game with a friend. With a small library, pool table and even a player-piano in the building, our residents always find something to do.
Available Services
Our recreation staff schedule a wide variety of both indoor and outdoor activities daily, as well as special events and entertainment. For those who need transportation off the grounds, we offer a shuttle service that goes to locations around the area.
Care and personal assistance are available 24 hours a day at Renaissance Retirement Center. Our staff are trained to help with most activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing and walking. A licensed nurse oversees all personalized care plans and is able to coordinate care with outside medical providers when needed.
Renaissance Retirement Center provides family-style living for seniors who wish to maintain their independence but need a bit of assistance.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
The staff at here is really great. They're on the second floor and since it's only three floors, they have quick access to the patients on the first and third floors. My mom has been eating there better than she has in a long time. It's a really good community. The rooms are larger, so it's easier for her to get around without falling. The RNs check on her regularly, and they have rehab rooms on the same floor. She's getting desperately needed rehab, and it's not with portable machines that can cause nips and tucks on her skin, but instead she's getting a workout with awesome machines and she's getting better.
