I visited this facility
We liked The Crossings. The rooms were very nice, but the windows were small, which makes the room feel smaller. We liked the floor plans, but we did not like the darkness caused by the windows.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My brother is staying in the memory care of Crossings at Riverview, and we're horrified with it. They're completely understaffed and undertrained. There's one nurse for the whole facility. There are probably around 150 residents there. They don't keep records and don't know when he takes his medicine. The technicians give the medications, and they don't encourage him to take it. My brother can't chew very well, but they give him food and expect him to eat it, which he doesn't. If not for his ex-wife showing up every day, he could be dead by now. I'm not happy with the place. It's not laid out very well, and it's too big for the staff that they have. A musician comes in once a week, and they serve alcohol during Friday cocktail hour. I think it's over-priced.
