Our community, conveniently located, is specially designed to meet the individual needs of our residents.
Five Star Premier Residences of Plantation is managed by Five Star Senior Living. Five Star is a healthcare and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.

To ensure that our residents stay in the best possible health, Five Star Premier Residences of Plantation offers a wealth of exercise and
wellness programs. Eating well is also a key component of excellent health, which is why we provide three delicious meals each day served restaurant-style in our community dining room. Healthy snacks are also available throughout the day to satisfy any cravings.
To allow our residents to fill their days with fun instead of work, we also offer weekly housekeeping and linen services. Guests can also easily travel throughout the area by taking advantage of our seven-day-a-week shuttle service. There is also a barber shop and beauty salon on the premises so that residents can always look their best without having to travel off-site.

Our professional staff members are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to assist residents. Among the services we provide are assistance with personal hygiene bathing, medication coordination, mobility assistance and continence management. Residents also have access to superb nursing care 24 hours a day.

I visited this facility
Five Star Premier Residences of Plantation was very nice, and I felt like I could live there. David was wonderful and very patient with us. There weren't any activities when I visited there in the morning, but before I had seen them eating lunch. They have a beauty parlor, a fitness room, and a bingo room. They pick you up and take you to shopping places, and to your doctor. They have different activities outside, as well as movie nights. Their dining room is nice, and they have room services if you need it, and they offer different things if you don't like what's on the menu.

Five Star Premier Residences of Plantation is new, modern, and the staff is excellent. A wealthy Jewish acquaintance has been there for five years without a single complaint. My mom has Alzheimer's, but the assisted living is in another building so we didn't choose that place. They have their activities on a calendar, and seemed to have the same thing as other places, like exercising, movie nights, and so on. There's not really a whole lot going on. It's geared toward the Jewish community. The place is updated and everything was beautiful. They really live up to their name.

I visited this facility
Five Star Premier Residences of Plantation is very nicely designed and open. The staff in the restaurant however was very rude. The rooms were lovely and the place was spotless. There was no smell or anything.
