We are a team of Mental Health Counselors/Consultants Geriatric/Case Managers, Sober Coach's collective, have a wide range of experience working with patients from, individuals, couples, family therapy, and group therapy. We provide all faith/religion-based services. We also provide clinical supervision, business consulting. We use various counseling techniques such as a Client-Centered, Grief and Loss, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Parenting Techniques in order to treat a wide range of conditions including:

What also sets us apart is that we provide individualized programs to meet our client's needs, such as one on one individualized therapy, family or in a small group setting. Our Geriatric Case Management provides your elderly family complete with providing an in-depth assessment, link advocate to put services in place. Our Geriatric Care Managers attend doctors' appointments, arrange for home health care they provide phone calls for medication reminders.

Geriatric Care Managers not only help coordinate moves, but they can also help with planning the downsizing, and moving seniors into their new homes. We also help coordinate estate planning, wills and trusts. We have a team of professionals to help the client all part of the Geriatric Case Management process. Additionally, we provide phone calls for medication reminders.

Angels Among Us Services Inc. Geriatric Care Management services provide families who live at a distance or locally and want an advocate for their loved one. In-home assessments are most often requested to determine short and long-term care goals, identify resources to maximize independence and improve quality of life. This includes addressing activities of daily living, financial matters and environmental concerns. Angels Among Us Services Inc will act as a liaison with family members to ensure safety, alert them to any potential problems and take a proactive approach towards implementing any changes for the benefit of your loved one. Advocacy, caregiver support, counseling for individuals and families. Along with education and ongoing monitoring, we can also implement coordination of moving into an assisted living or memory care. We offer other types of services to reduce the worry and stress experienced by caregivers.
