Fountain Crest is managed by Grace Management, Inc. Founded in 1984, Grace Management, Inc. has continued to grow due to our people-oriented approach to senior housing and care.

You can spend the morning watching the butterflies fly about the butterfly garden or take a stroll along the several walking paths meandering throughout the grounds. There are even gardening areas where you can grow flowers and vegetables, just like at home.

In keeping with our “Aging Gracefully” philosophy, you'll enjoy a full activity calendar and on-site amenities that keep you both physically and mentally active. There is an outdoor swimming pool where you can join in exercise classes, and through our Improving Mobility through Prevention, Assessment, Conditioning and Tai Chi (IMPACT) program, you will find yourself in better shape than ever before.

Available Services

We offer living arrangements in studio deluxe, one- and two-bedroom apartment floor plans. These spacious apartments include a kitchen and views of the landscaped grounds. For your convenience, the monthly rent includes all basic services, such as household maintenance. To make moving to our community easier, we offer the Smooth Move program so you won't have to worry about the hassle of movers or making arrangements.

At Fountain Crest, you can truly enjoy retirement on your terms, whether that means starting the day early or eating breakfast at noon. Through our All Day Dining Program, you can choose when you want to eat, and our menu has varied options throughout the day. Other services that we provide to free up your time include housekeeping service and scheduled transportation five days a week.

I visited this facility

Fountain Crest was absolutely fabulous. Denise, who showed us around, was absolutely fabulous, didn't miss a thing, and told us everything. The food was very nice, wonderful, there's nothing I can say negative about the place, and everything was just well done. I had a wonderful experience.
