Our Dining for Wellness™ educational and wellness program is specifically designed to promote a healthy lifestyle. Fresh and delicious meals are served three times daily in our community dining room, and residents are always welcome to invite guests to join them.

We provide a variety of private residences that features all the details found in a home. These include individually controlled thermostats, kitchenettes, private bathrooms and an emergency call system. Guest accommodations are also available upon request. For added convenience, residents of Carlisle Palm Beach have access to an on-site beauty/barber salon.

Available Services

Our community is staffed around the clock and provides personalized care plans to each assisted living resident. Transportation to Physician Appointments covers the entire Palm Beach County area M-F. The community is able to provide a very high level of care at The Carlisle meaning we can do the following: Colostomy bags, urinary catheter or stage 2 pressure ulcers that are some services that a normal assisted living would not be able to provide.

I visited this facility

Carlisle Palm Beach was really nice, it's in a great location, and it has assisted and independent living. The bathrooms are nice. You don't have to go through the person's bedroom to go to the bathroom when you're visiting because it had a separate access for guests, which was very nice. It gives the person staying there more privacy. I've heard great reviews about the food. The only negative thing about the Carlisle is that it's very expensive. The location is a pretty big thing for people. They can go out and about because it's just across the street from the beach and surrounded by the reserve. So they can walk there, which is especially good for people who can't drive anymore. They also have a happy hour where they allow everyone to come out and socialize every day around 4:00 pm. It's obviously limited with COVID but with the vaccines, they're slowly getting back to it.

I visited this facility

Carlisle Palm Beach's staff treated me very well, but I couldn't afford it. It was great, and I enjoyed looking out onto the ocean, which was a walk across the street. The inside was very nice and seemed to be well-kept. It's not a new building, though. They had a pool and transportation to doctors' offices if you needed it.

I visited this facility

The rooms at Carlisle Palm Beach are super small, the 2-bedroom has a very small kitchen, and living area. It's a lovely place, but its only fine if you're a super active senior, but not for somebody who's pretty homebound. The staff was very nice, but it's just not what my parents need. They have activities to do that looked fun. It has a nice setting, but they're redoing it right now.
