I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mom was in Savannah Court for a brief time, and that was very nice. They had a very nice layout, and their rooms were really good. She was in a semi-private room, she had a roommate, and it was laid out like it should be one big bedroom. The staff I dealt with, the worker bees, and the manager were wonderful. Angie was absolutely the best, she worked very well, was very caring, and concerned. Most of the staff members were loving, and they would go over and hug the residents. However, the worker bees that are taking care of the people need a little help. The food was very pleasant to look at, they all seemed to enjoy it, so I think it was OK. They kept them busy doing activities and stuff, Mom got a manicure one time, she made a plaque of some sort, and I thought that was very nice.

I visited this facility
We went to Savannah Court of Lakeland. The girl in charge was very, very friendly, she even followed up with a phone call. She took us and showed us the whole building. They're all studios, and they have a courtyard in the center, and every one of the studios around the courtyard has access to the courtyard. They have a door right out to the courtyard. We did like Savannah Court; we liked the way it was arranged. The building is not as new, and not as nice as some of the others.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mother is at the Savannah Court of Lakeland. It's been good. They're very helpful and very caring. They take really good care of her. She says the chef is wonderful. I have not eaten there yet, but they have a chef that makes nice varieties, and it's not the same thing over and over, so they kind of like that. I don't think anybody's really happy on the day that the chef takes off and another cook comes in, but when the chef's there five days a week they all like it. The building is well kept, there are courtyards outside, it's well kept inside, and there's twice a week housekeeping in their rooms. There's always somebody there cleaning something. It's very nice. There are just a few things that need to be cleaned up. My mom's just getting settled in there, so she hasn't really participated in a lot of things yet, but I know they bring in music and all of that kind of stuff during the week. They have activities for them to do, I just don't know exactly what they are yet.
