Description of The Cove at Marsh Landing
The Cove at Marsh Landing is an assisted living and memory care community located on the southeast side of Jacksonville, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Ponte Verde Beach and the tranquil marshes at Central Park at Pablo Creek Reserve. Golf enthusiasts may enjoy a round at the Marsh Landing Country Club or the Pablo Creek Club. The community offers a variety of upscale floor plans ranging from 360-square-foot studio apartments to 720-square-foot two-bedroom apartments.
The dedicated caregivers and clinical staff create customized care plans to meet seniors' needs while supporting independence. This includes assistance with acts of daily life, including getting dressed and bathing, along with meeting social needs. The full-time activities director organizes social activities, such as live entertainment and regular outings to local points of interest, as well as wellness and educational programs. The community also provides psychiatric care and dietitian-approved customized menus.

I am a past client of this provider
I was there for 3 months in respite care waiting to have a knee put back in my left leg. My youngest daughter came down for Mothers day. After looking it over she said this is the most loving Caring place I have ever seen you in. I just wish you could afford to live here. I also met and fell in love with the second love of my life thereafter being a widow of the first love of my life who passed away in 2003. I go and visit him 4 out of every 7 days.

I am/was a resident of this facility
I've just moved into Ashford Court two weeks ago. The staff is great, and the executive director is very good. They go out of their way to be sure that you're comfortable and that you're taken care of. The medtechs are wonderful. The other day, I was given medicine by the pharmacy that had I taken it would have been very bad for me. Fortunately, my daughter, who is a pharmacy technician at a hospital, got a hold of the people here, and they immediately sent medtechs down who took that bad medicine away. They were right on top of it and took care of it immediately. The room is wonderful. It's very comfortable, and the size is great. I am able to afford a two-bedroom. At most places, for what I'm paying, I would only get a one-bedroom. Also, their dining room is excellent.
