Grand Villa of Delray East is proudly managed by Senior Management Advisors. Formed in 2001, we operate a full spectrum of residential senior living communities throughout the Southeast including living, assisted living and Alzheimer's care.

Our community has been designed with residents in mind. Our amenities are easy to access and there are several outdoor areas for you to take advantage of the beautiful Florida sunshine year-round. Our chefs prepare three delicious meals each day, served in a tasteful restaurant-style dining room. Plenty of daily activities are available to suit the tastes of residents, from library trips, Bible study and word games.
You will have a choice of home styles to choose from, including cozy studio and comfortable one-bedroom apartments. Each unit comes complete with individual climate control, a kitchenette, spacious closets and wall-to-wall carpet. At Grand Villa of Delray East, utilities (except for phone) are included in your monthly rate and there is no need to worry about household maintenance or chores when our caring staff is available to handle it.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My son is settled in Grand Villa of Delray East. We had him in a facility in Greenacres for three weeks and they almost killed him, so we had to change and we looked over a bunch of other places. I already have two sons in Grand Villa in different locations, so I decided to try this one in Delray Beach. They were far superior to the one in Greenacres. My son has been there since mid-November. I would give the staff an A+ rating and a gold star. They are very responsive, everything he needs, he gets. The food is good and the atmosphere is great. They keep the place very clean. My son is almost blind. He only maybe has 3% of the normal sight, so he is incapable of participating in any activity. Grand Villa has a large screen TV, a library, a general store if you need to buy something and I think they have a bistro to get coffee or snack. Right now with food, they don't have the ability to bring a lot of things to the room and I think once the pandemic is over, it will probably go back to normal.

Grand Villa of Delray Beach East and its grounds were nice, and the staff was really good. The residents were singing while I was there.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My parents are in Grand Villa of Delray Beach East. My father is on assisted living and my mother had to go to the memory care unit. We went there because it had the nicest apartments of all the assisted living places we visited -- it's actually a 1-bedroom apartment. The food is very good and my parents were very happy with it. My dad was a little surprised that in assisted living, they come in and out whenever they feel like it. It was kind of a shock for him because he doesn't need that kind of care, and they're not really forthcoming about walking in anytime they want. They do knock, but I think it's a little bit ridiculous to have someone cleaning the apartment at 6:30 in the morning. We're basically very happy there though, and my mother is getting good care over in the memory care unit. They don't have a library or exercise place with equipment, but they do have an exercise class. If they can put those in, that would be great. The staff is very caring, but the place is kind of expensive.

I visited this facility
Grand Villa of Delray Beach East was our favorite. It was clean and bright. The staff and rooms were good. Overall, the entire place was up to our standards. There was a singer when we were walking by. The dining area was nice and bright.
