At the Grand Villa of DeLand, you will find a supportive community where your senior years can be enjoyed just a hop skip and a jump from Dayton Beach and Orlando. We will handle the necessities and the basics of care freeing you to spend the time doing what you love.
Grand Villa of DeLand is proudly managed by Senior Management Advisors. Formed in 2001, we operate a full spectrum of residential senior living communities throughout the Southeast including living, assisted living and Alzheimer's care.
Featured Amenities
Our community has been designed with residents in mind. Our amenities are easy to access and there are several outdoor areas for you to take advantage of the beautiful Florida sunshine year-round. Our chefs prepare three delicious meals each day, served in a tasteful restaurant-style dining room. Plenty of daily activities are available to suit the tastes of residents, from our Wii Bowling Team, Bible study to book clubs.
You will have a choice of home styles to choose from, including cozy studio and comfortable one-bedroom apartments. Each unit comes complete with individual climate control, a kitchenette, spacious closets and wall-to-wall carpet. At Grand Villa of DeLand, utilities (except for phone) are included in your monthly rate and there is no need to worry about household maintenance or chores when our caring staff is available to handle it.

We understand that each resident has different needs at the Grand Villa of Melbourne which is why we'll craft a personal care plan that respects your individual needs. Our supportive servicescover the basics housekeeping, laundry and linen service, but extend to medication management, bathing and dressing assistance, morning and evening help, and appointment setting among other services.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Grand Villa of DeLand is a beautiful facility and it has all been recently renovated. It's got very good amenities and the staff is very caring and professional. They've been very good, working with me and my father and helping out. They just have a very good program going there. The food is very good and my dad likes it. It's a renovated hotel and they kept all the culinary staff with it. They have outings, sing alongs, Bingo, water aerobics in the pool, outings, shopping, and movie nights in their own in-house theater.

I visited this facility
Grand Villa of DeLand is very nice, and it looks like a hotel. I even want to move in there myself, but it's out of our price range. They have everything there in terms of amenities. The person who accommodated me was very polite, nice, and courteous, and answered all my questions without problems. The dining area looked very nice and clean.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My uncle moved into Grand Villa. The rooms were quite drab, and I wasn't impressed. They had a swimming pool and card games, but he doesn't want to get involved. He hasn't complained about the food, but he's very unhappy there.

I visited this facility
I visited Grand Villa of Deland. The apartments were nice, but they only had one available that's on the third floor. They have a snack bar, a happy hour, swimming pool, and so on. I just didn't like the outside look because it wasn't pretty. The apartments have stoves, which I didn't think was a good idea. There was one lady sitting at the desk and she had to go find somebody when we visited.
