Independent living allows seniors to stay active, participate in a variety of social gatherings and continue regularly scheduled activities while leaving the chores to the caring and helpful staff of the community.
The nearly all-inclusive rent covers utilities, access to shared community amenities and three, restaurant-style meals served daily in the communal dining room. Hobbies and outings fill-up the events calendar at Orchard heights Gracious Retirement Living, offering everything from creative writing classes and book and garden clubs to cooking demonstrations and visits to local museums or arts venues.

I am/was a resident of this facility
I stayed at Orchard Heights Gracious Retirement Living when it was only two years old. Everything was new, they had a beautiful pool, and the new police station was being built while I was there. I felt very secure, and I was next door to the performing arts theater. Even though they didnt have a nurse on duty, they had managers on duty, and the people were a bit younger. The staff was wonderful, the food was typical institutional, and Ive heard from my friends there that they have a new chef. I played Mahjong, and we had outings quite often, had a spa, and had an exercise room with new equipment.
