The Terraces at Bonita Springs' nonprofit sponsor is SantaFe Senior Living (SFSL). Everything you pay goes toward continually enhancing your lifestyle and our overall community.

Featured Amenities

Our 144 apartment homes are available in a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Apartments feature full kitchens, private balconies with view, ceiling fans and plush carpeting. Cable television and utilities, with the exception of telephone and Internet service, are included in the monthly service fee.

Within our community, you'll enjoy water aerobics classes in our indoor pool, a business center with Internet, a creative arts studio, classrooms, billiards and more. Visiting family and friends are welcome to join you for celebrations in our private dining room or stay overnight in our deluxe guest suites.

Available Services

Maintenance-free living is a signature feature of our community. Let us take care of the housekeeping, linen changing, transportation, maintenance and security. Enjoy freshly prepared meals served in our elegant formal dining room as well as on-site concierge and hair salon services.

Although we are geared toward active retirees, our unique Lifecare program offers peace of mind with a full continuum of care, from assisted living to memory care to skilled nursing, at Renaissance at The Terraces. I Visited This Community

What an amazing facility. If I ever move to Florida, I will certainly be checking on placing my mother at their facility. Job well done! The camps is like entering a resort, and the buildings are equally as impressive. The staff went out of their way to welcome us for a tour, and they were supremely educated as to the way their facility is operated. I saw few residents as it was Father's Day when we visited, and many folks had left the building. However, two folks approached me and initiated a conversation including how much they enjoy living there.
