Good location, the team here is very attentive to the needs of the residents, and will make sure they are well taken care of. Long standing very prestigious group of residents here to have intellectual conversations with. Parking is a bit of a challenge for a visitor.

The University House of Wallingford is a great place. My friend's father is a resident. It's in a great location where you can walk to about anything, the building is well maintained and the staff is great.

Residents enjoy choosing from nearly 200 Life Enrichment events each month, including regular outings to the symphony and other cultural events, a variety of fitness and health classes, lectures, garden parties, chef demos, wine and jazz concerts, professionally curated art galas, and much more.
