Description of Evergreen Quality Home

Evergreen Quality Home provides a warm, loving and caring environment for seniors who can no longer live on their own, but would like to live in a homelike environment where they can be treated like a family member. We are taking care of people with special needs such as: all types of dementia, physical therapy, stroke recovery, bed bound, etc. We live on-site with our family, and are loving providers, owners and care givers in charge of the day-to-day operations of the home. We make sure that residents feel loved and that they are part of our family. Evergreen Quality Home has only qualified and experienced caregivers who pay special attention to each resident's individual needs. We have a maximum of six residents at one time, and because of this we can provide a high level of one-on-one attention while giving them a sense of routine and a sense of calm and contentment. Additionally, an adult family home (AFH) setting allows residents to "age in place," which means they don't have to relocate every time their need level advances, since specialized nursing care, therapy or hospice professionals can come to the AFH.
