I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

Would not be recommending Eldaroda west, medications were not always given, sister returned from hospital , they were there when she returned and no one knew she was back because lack of communication between shifts. Sister is diabetic and they kept giving her desserts and goodies she was not allowed. Two many staff turnovers and our sister was only there for less then three months. There was always residents wondering around looking for someone to help with a issue or to give meds. This place has alot of issues.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

I give El Dorado five stars not because they are perfect, but because they will totally work with residents and family members. The staff is caring. Our mom does not just get care, she gets loving care. If you have been caring for a parent or loved one and are exhausted (I was), and think all the stress is over, you are going to be disappointed anywhere. The admin and caregivers do not dodge issues. They communicate and promptly call if there is an issue. My mom has been at El Dorado for 15 months. Our family is fortunate to have the team at El Dorado on our side.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

My brother, Dick Baker, was a resident of Eldorado West for several years. He fought the move into assisted care, but he absolutely blossomed from a shy, lonely man into a happy, confident man. He felt safe in this new home, both physically and health-wise. Everyone seemed to take extra care to make him feel comfortable with his new surroundings. If he needed anything repaired in his home, he only had to ask. The staff was supportive to his every need. When he passed, the staff was very helpful to our family. Thank you Eldorado West

I Visited This Community

The staff are warm and inviting with great care. A complete rebuild is underway with the first of two building under construction. There is nothing like living in a brand new home, yet knowing the companies commitment to caring.

Featured Amenities

Apartments here are offered in well-equipped studio, one- and two-bedroom arrangements. Utilities, save telephone service, are conveniently covered by the monthly rental cost. Friendly service and excellent cuisine can be found in our beautiful dining room where residents can enjoy three leisurely meals each and every day.

A wide selection of community activities and events are planned throughout the month, providing residents with ample opportunity to stay active doing the things they enjoy most. Accommodations are provided with routine housekeeping services, freeing residents from the hassle of cleaning and chores. Should the need for assistive services arise, talented staff members here at El Dorado West are on-site around the clock. Whether needing a helping hand with getting dressing, managing medication or getting around from place to place, personalized services are available whenever needed.
