Description of Auburn Court

____________________________________________

Offering both beauty and convenience, the Auburn Court apartments are centrally located in the heart of town with shopping, dining, banking and even beauty services all within walking distance. We are proud to provide high-quality senior living at an affordable monthly rate for seniors in the greater Auburn area.

Auburn Court is owned and operated by the Senior Housing Assistance Group (SHAG), a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating quality, affordable rental housing for seniors. SHAG has been serving mature adults across the Puget Sound region from Bellingham to Olympia since 1988.

Featured Amenities

Our 296 pet-friendly apartment homes come in both one- and two-bedroom options. Homes feature full kitchens, ample storage space and window dressings. Patios are available in select units. Laundry facilities are located on each floor and are easily accessible by elevator.

Professional managers are available to address resident concerns as they live right on site at Auburn Court. They are there to ensure that common areas are cleaned, the facility is well maintained and residents are fully enjoying life at our community.

Available Services

While we are located close to neighborhood bus routes and operate a community van to shuttle residents to planned events and destinations, we still offer a variety of activities and amenities right on site. Our daily activity calendar is full of fun events, including fitness classes, pie socials and BBQs.

As a SHAG community, we are dedicated exclusively to serving low-income seniors. To become a resident at Auburn Court, applicants must be 55 years or older with at least one member of the household aged 61 years or older by the end of the current year or be disabled. In addition, a minimum of 45 units and up to 58 units are set aside for non-elderly disabled households. Annual household income may not exceed $36,960 for one-person or $42,240 for two-people. Income is verified annually.

At Auburn Court, you can retire and relax in nature without breaking the bank.
