I Visited This Facility

I liked the people at The Seville, and the staff was very welcoming there. I liked the facility. It was well taken care of and well-presented. The food was good. They had an activity plan, which we thought was good. The amenities were adequate. It had everything that my mother-in-law would have needed.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

My friend moved into The Seville. The residents looked like what you would expect, but I think my friend is in a little different situation. He is a little younger than them, so I think he might feel a little out of place. They are also more to themselves, so I think he should just take more time to get to know them and to work toward a friendship. I didn't see a lot of the food, but he said it's more of a cafeteria style. I think he'll be fine there. The staff couldn't have been more inviting and more helpful. The front staff was very nice too.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

My brother is at The Seville. His apartment is clean and updated, small and unfurnished. I got the impression that the staff members are all very nice, but overworked. They have a tremendous opportunity for the residents to participate in activities throughout the day. The dining area is topnotch and beautiful. I saw a meal that my brother had and it looked healthy, and he thought it was very tasty.

My parents like The Seville the best. It was more affordable and seemed to be a little more casual. They also offered a really nice family dining room which you can use any time. My parents really appreciated that. It also seemed less restrictive since they don't require checking in and out. It's strictly independent living, but the residents have access to a caregiver. It was really great and the person who showed us around was amazing and nice.

My dad moved into The Seville It's affordable and they're pretty good. There are really nice people there and it's just a nice place. They serve three meals and they have a list of activities. The staff is really good. My dad says the food could be a little bit better. They do partial housekeeping.

I liked The Seville. The tour guide was very informative and gave me a nice tour. My walking is limited, and he understood that. I went back to do a program there that was nice. I stayed for dinner, and it was not that good. The people were very friendly and new to the place. We had a nice, friendly discussion. I was impressed with it. It was beautiful. They showed me the different sizes of rooms, which I appreciated knowing.

We found The Seville for mother, and she moved in the last week of April into a studio apartment. She really enjoyed being there. The staff was very friendly and very welcoming. They had different activities for the residents. She enjoyed the options for the food. They had bingo, activities, and they take them out.

Tour The Seville

The best way to get to know a community is by scheduling a tour. See the facilities, meet the staff and residents, and get a feel first hand what it's like to live at The Seville.

Description of The Seville

Situated on beautifully landscaped grounds in a quiet corner of Orem, you'll love the quiet serenity of The Seville while enjoying the convenience of the nearby community. We're just minutes from shopping, healthcare, dining, entertainment and the rugged splendor of Utah's countryside. Spend your days exploring destinations like the BYU Museum of Art, Bridal Veil Falls, Timpanogos Cave, Utah Lake and the Hale and Scera Theaters. We're a community that's more like a family, and you'll wish you'd come to live with us sooner.

The Seville is owned and operated by Holiday Retirement, a company in the business of providing comfort, value and security to seniors. Since 1971, Holiday has been creating cheerful communities for individuals who want to enjoy an independent and enriching retirement.

Featured Amenities

Here at The Seville, there is always something fun and engaging to enjoy. Our billiards lounge provides the perfect place to catch up with neighbors over a friendly game, while events of all sorts are held in our community activity room. When looking to stay fit, our seniors can join one of the many different fitness and exercise programs held each day.

Dining at our community is a real treat. Three meals are served restaurant-style daily in our community dining room, and each dish is freshly prepared from scratch with high-quality ingredients.

Available Services

If you take a close look around our community, you may notice that a few of our residents stand out. These are our Community Managers, who live on site to provide 24-hour support and security. You'll see them sharing a meal with residents in our dining room, attending one of our social events and taking the time to make sure each and every one of our residents feel welcomed and included.

We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.

Senior residents of Orem should look no further than The Seville for all their retirement living needs.
