Description of The Bridge on Suffolk Lane

The Bridge on Suffolk Lane is a nonprofit, 36-year-old organization serving senior citizens and disabled persons. Our staff is trained, compassionate, and God fearing. We love helping others. Our facility offers our residents a private, one-bedroom with common living areas in a peaceful, family-type living environment for seniors citizens, veterans and persons with disabilities.

We offer, in a quaint, private, small setting, assistant living skills such as: daily cooked meals and snacks; eating (we meet Kosher diet and diabetic diet requirements); dressing and grooming; advocating; personal hygiene; assistance in using toilet; getting to and from bed to chair; walking or exercising; gardening; outdoor and indoor activities; private transportation to and from doctor's offices; shopping; family visits; and transportation to community activities.

We proudly provide services 24 hours/7 days a week including respite and private duty care on both week-ends and holidays. Please contact us for more information. Thank you!
