I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

Staff are very unprofessional. They do not check on residents that have been in their room for hours. Activities are lacking and there is not any quality exercise. Food is unidentifiable and always cold. No special diets available. Quality of care, haven't noticed quality at all. Facility is NOT clean and interior is old. Employees walk the hallways spraying air freshener. Dining chairs are not wiped down after meals. Private bathrooms are never cleaned properly. Floors in rooms are not vacuumed daily. Private rooms have issue with electrical sockets and bathroom doesn't have any at all. Waste can bags are never in bathrooms. OVERALL, when questions are asked no one seems to have any answers, I would never recommend this facility.

Featured Amenities

As one of the first in the industry to recognize the importance of pets benefiting the lives of the elderly, Silverado Senior Living accepts pets at each and every one of our communities. We encourage residents to bring along their beloved animal companions and also take care of a friendly assortment of resident house pets.

Meals are an integral part of life at Silverado Plano, with breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily in our community dining room. Our Master Chef prepares all dishes in our very own kitchen using fresh ingredients. Visiting guests are always welcome to break bread with us, free of charge, either in our community dining room or in our private dining area.

As part of our dedication to hiring and retaining quality staff, Silverado Plano allows team members to bring their children to work with them. Children's laughter is a common sound at our community, and we've found that the presence of children has had a positive impact on the lives of our elderly residents and their caregivers.

At Silverado Plano, your satisfaction is important to us. We pledge to refund all fees within the first 60 days of move in and help you find a new home should you be unhappy with life at our community.
