My feedback for Autumn Leaves of Memorial City is very positive. I loved the people that we saw there. There was a library and movies. We're very impressed with it.

Autumn Leaves West Houston give above average care for their residents. The staff is so supportive and understanding. They help the families transition through the different stages of dementia. Therefore, family members know they have made an excellent choice in choosing their facility. The activities are stimulating for the brain and, suitable for the residents conditions. The layout is clean, spacious and home like. The food is great and healthy.

Located on Eldridge Parkway near Ray Miller Park in Energy Corridor, Autumn Leaves of West Houston is committed to serving those with Alzheimer's and other types of dementia. Everything we do is by design, from the physical construction of our building to our care plans and welcoming open-door policy. As an example, our offices are within the residence and there are no locked doors, allowing residents to come in and out as they would in their home.
Being the best and preferred memory care provider for families needing quality care for a loved one is our mission at Autumn Leaves. Our company owes its origins to two families who were driven to provide care to seniors with memory impairment. More than 20 years later, Autumn Leaves has remained true to this original mission and continues to provide the unsurpassed care that families can depend upon.
Each of our communities is designed from the same blueprint in order to provide the most welcoming home to your loved one. We offer a variety of private and semi-private studio apartments with the comfort of home. Standard safety features include an emergency call system in every room and bathroom.
Autumn Leaves of West Houston has multiple secured outdoor areas, allowing residents the freedom to roam safely along walking paths where they may reconnect with nature. Walk through our community and you will find large windows, solariums and atriums where an abundance of natural light shines, lifting spirits. All of these features work in concert to help eliminate anxiety and stress, while fostering a healthy tranquil environment.
We are dedicated to delivering around-the-clock dementia care. Residents are first assessed by our skilled memory care nurse, who creates an individualized care plan and coordinates all services. Each staff member receives extensive specialized training on how to best assist and respond to those afflicted with Alzheimer's and dementia.
From there we strive to support their independence, creating meaningful interactions throughout every day with our Life Engagement Program. Autumn Leaves of West Houston residents partake in a variety of activities, from physical exercise to spiritual pursuits like meditation and song. Additionally, your loved one will enjoy three wholesome meals daily developed by our in-house dietitian and chefs, using only the freshest ingredients.
