Description of Autumn Leaves of Georgetown

____________________________________________

From our culinary team which creates wholesome, nutritious meals to our Life Engagement Manager who is specifically trained to manage a memory care community, every staff member at Autumn Leaves of Georgetown is trained in caring for seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia. This means that our residents are afforded the opportunity of living with a sense of purpose and security that enhances their well-being.

Being the best and preferred memory care provider for families needing quality care for a loved one is our mission at Autumn Leaves. Our company owes its origins to two families who were driven to provide care to seniors with memory impairment. More than 20 years later, Autumn Leaves has remained true to this original mission and continues to provide the unsurpassed care that families can depend upon.

Featured Amenities

The seven dementia care core beliefs: Respect, Excellence, Safety, Quality of Life, Engagement, Commitment and Team Work, are the foundation of the care we provide to all our residents. All of our caregivers have received in-depth training in memory care that is available around-the-clock. Our staff care not only for our residents but their families as well, providing the support and information they need to understand how dementia or Alzheimer's is affecting their loved one.

At Autumn Leaves of Georgetown, our Life Engagement program is at the core of the care we provide to our residents. Whether it is spiritual activities that nurture the soul or exercise classes which promote physical health, every day there are life engagement activities that play to our residents' strengths and interests.

Available Services

Our residents remain connected with nature by being able to freely stroll through one of three secured outdoor areas which have beautiful walking paths and a central courtyard. When family visits this is the perfect place to gather, along with the homelike sitting areas inside. There is also a spacious private dining room for family gatherings, and family members are always welcome to join us for a complimentary meal.

Apartment suites are available in companion or private layouts, and residents can bring personal furnishings or use our furniture. Home-cooked meals are served three times a day, and we have smaller dining venues to create a more homelike feel during mealtimes. Other services we provide include personal laundry and linen service, along with daily housekeeping upkeep.

Here at Autumn Leaves of Georgetown, we specialize in providing the highest level of memory care in the Georgetown area.
