Description of The Village at Valley Creek

_________________________________________

Caring for seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia requires more than just expertise in providing assisted living services; it requires an understanding of how the disease affects a person on an individual level so care can be customized to enhance his or her emotional and physical well-being. At Autumn Leaves of Denton, this is the approach we take with each resident, and it results in our residents having a fulfilling life that they wouldn't find elsewhere.

Being the best and preferred memory care provider for families needing quality care for a loved one is our mission at Autumn Leaves. Our company owes its origins to two families who were driven to provide care to seniors with memory impairment. More than 20 years later, Autumn Leaves has remained true to this original mission and continues to provide the unsurpassed care that families can depend upon.

Featured Amenities

Appreciating and acknowledging every resident's individuality is the foundation of our care philosophy at Autumn Leaves of Denton. Through our Inspired Connections program, our residents experience a new lease on life because we offer activities which are tailored to their interests, whether it is volunteering or joining in morning devotionals.

The physical health of our residents is just as important as their emotional well-being, which is why our culinary team works hard to create scrumptious, healthy meals. Because Alzheimer's and dementia can suppress the desire to eat, meals are designed to entice the appetite, and we also offer finger foods for residents who prefer to wander and eat at the same time.

Available Services

Our suites are available in private or semiprivate floor plans so you can select the living arrangement which is best for your loved one. Each suite has closets, views of the community grounds and an emergency call system. With our staff handling the household chores of housekeeping and laundry, residents are freed from worrying about chores.

Even before a resident joins our community, we support the family every step of the way. Through the comprehensive assessment we develop a care plan that encompasses both the healthcare services and daily activities which we will provide. And when the day comes for loved ones to join our community, a registered nurse will be right by their side to make the journey easier.

Autumn Leaves of Denton - where first-class memory care combines with a nurturing atmosphere.
