Description of Arabella of Athens

Arabella of Athens Retirement Community is a gated community nestled in the piney woods of East Texas close to medical services and shopping. The community includes Independent Living with resident clubhouse and outside fireplace; Assisted Living with multi levels of care and large private apartment choices; and a dedicated Memory Care environment that includes a secure courtyard, dedicated dining room and private or companion suite rooms.

This resort-style community is beautifully decorated and has a fully-stocked fishing pond on campus with a surrounding walking trail.

Physical therapy services are available onsite.

Staff are hand-picked for their experience and caring attitude toward seniors. Meals and activities are planned with the specific needs of the residents in mind and memory care employees receive specialized training to care for residents with dementia.
