Description of Centennial Adultcare Center

Centennial Adultcare Center opened in 2011 with a specific calling-supporting the continuity of families. Throughout our lives, we all experience caring for people we love. At times, this becomes a challenging endeavor when coupled with the rigors of a busy life. It becomes more difficult to find solutions to the desire to keep our family members in place, at home. Since active family members must continue working and going about the business of dealing with the demands of daily life, it becomes increasingly problematic to find an answer for the seniors or other adults in our lives who need a meaningful, nurturing way to spend their days. That is where our service becomes a solution. Our caregivers become an extended family who provides a supportive environment to stimulate the minds, bodies and souls of those members of your family.

We provide service for adults who may be:

  • Experiencing mild cognitive impairment
  • Experiencing early dementia
  • Needing reminders to do basic self-care tasks
  • Needing socialization
  • Needing structured daily activities

We offer to your loved ones:

  • Care staff with low staff to client ratio
  • Cognitive, social, and physical activities
  • Catered meals, accommodating special diets
  • Transportation upon request
  • Clean, modern, conveniently location
