I Visited This Facility
I thought Brightwater was very nice. The rooms were very nice. I had a very good friend who was a patient there one time after his heart surgery. They had a larger and more skilled care. They were known for having very good medical care. I thought the staff was excellent. I had dinner there a couple of times, and they had excellent meals. The place was very clean and well-kept. They had a very large and excellent exercise room and a nice pool.

Brightwater was the first facility I went to and was not really impressed. The staff who accommodated me took me to someone else’s room, which I thought he should have not done due to privacy. The room I saw was nice and higher class. He mainly talked about finances, and I could not afford it. People were just on their own. Overall, the place was nice but didn’t seem family-oriented at all.
