I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

Most of the staff members are very nice. Very friendly. But as far as the building goes, it's not great at all. My mother has been without a toilet, refrigerator, and cold water in the kitchen sink for over 48 hours. The toilet had been running for weeks, and the fix to stop it from overflowing is to shut off the water and have her use a bucket! And this is considered acceptable.
