Description of Logan Place

We are a personal care community that is capable of handling residents from independent through end of life stages. We have a nurse as well as certified medical technicians and resident care partners on site. We have a chef that prepares all 3 meals per day and meals are served restaurant style. We offer alternate meal options and also snacks and drinks throughout the day. We offer two types of apartment style rooms: studio and one bedroom. They all have private bathrooms with large walk in showers and all rooms have a kitchenette. Rooms can be decorated and furnished for personal comfort. We offer a well rounded activities program coordinated by our life enrichment coordinator. Included in our room rate is housekeeping and laundry services. Our community is all on one floor which is a great safety feature. We have a large dining room, a large living room, an activities room a private dining room, as well as a small theater nook and a small library nook, which are all common areas of the community. We can partner with home health companies as well as therapy and hospice services which all come directly to the resident in house. We have rounding physicians as well as a podiatrist that visits. Everything about our community and company is designed with the comfort of the resident and their families in mind for smooth transitions and peace of mind.
