I Visited This Facility

We toured Acacia Springs, we really liked it, but it was just too expensive. The apartments were really nice, and they had common rooms for the residents. We also saw a gym and their dining area. The staff members that we met were really professional.

I Am/Was A Resident Of This Facility

I stayed at Acacia Spring briefly. I liked the friendliness of everyone. I saw a 1-bedroom, which I thought was small. There was no stove or refrigerator. The residents seemed very happy. The building is 20 years old, the plumbing is worn out, and there's a smell. Basically, I loved what they were doing, and the way they accommodated the residents. They offer three meals a day, the cleaning service was wonderful, and the happy hour on Friday was the best thing. They take people out to dinner, and every week they do something different. The staff is very accommodating.

I like Acacia Springs a lot. The outside of it wasn't really inviting, but when you walk inside it's like walking into a hotel. It has marble floors and it's more formal, like the Ritz. Even their activities and centers are bigger and nicer. The menu looked amazing. The food was restaurant-style food. They offer balanced, appealing meals. They serve good dessert, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have more than five choices for dinner. They also serve beer, wine, and coffee in the bistro.

I toured Acacia Springs with my wife. The staff was very friendly. The facility appeared to be newer. For my mother's price range, the assisted living was a little beyond our reach and there wasn't an opening at that time. The opening is at the independent facility. They had three meals with a bistro. They offered housekeeping, a theater, a library, a game room, card tables, and two pool tables at different areas of the facility, a salon on-site, and a computer facility. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly.

I toured Acacia Springs. The rooms were a little on the small side; however, it's pleasant. They had more independent rooms than assisted living. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

Acacia Springs' staff is pleasant, from sales to management to nursing. The place is nicely kept up. The food lacks taste and substance. Overall, the facility, amenities, and staff that interacts with the residents are very nice, but I felt slightly lied to and misled by the sales staff.

Acacia Springs was nice. They had very nice rooms, the food is excellent, and the guy who gave us the tour was very nice, cooperative, and informative. They have two choices for lunch and dinner.
