Less than 10 minutes away from North Memorial clinic in Brooklyn Park, MN, the facility offers supportive services for residents who value independence, but also in need assistance with personal cares, daily routines, cleaning, meal preparation, and medication administration. Facility offers one or two bedroom apartments with fireplace, showers bars for bathing assistance, and wheel chair accommodations. Facility also provides residents meals using delivery services, daily check-ins, and a 24-hr on-call emergency system.
