Toxic atmosphere between management and employees. A lot of employees are very poorly trained and incompetent at their job duties. Facility offers small, compact rooms with an outdoor garden. Activities are very sporadic throughout the day and residents enjoy the spontaneous environment. Delicious food served in a spacious, restaurant-styled dining hall. However, upper management needs to form a better relationship with employees.

Description of The Lighthouse of Columbia Heights
The Lighthouse of Columbia Heights, located one mile west of St. Anthony Village, is a feast for the eyes and the soul. The Lighthouse combines the warm tones and friendly nooks of home with the beautiful amenities of a fine hotel. Creative interior design makes residents and their families feel at home the moment they walk through the front door. Betty's Harbor, our memory care neighborhood, is always bustling with activity, while still providing a warm and secure at-home feeling. On-site nursing is available seven days a week.
