I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
High staff turnover in 2017, disinterested and under trained staff, average to poor meals, even poorer service at meal time (stop standing around and wait on the residents!!) and the housekeeping is awful. Visited my relative today, and the floor had not been vacuumed since the last time I visited two weeks ago - my candy wrapper was still on the floor. The toilet and bathroom floor had long ago dried feces on them, and the bed sheets were full of what looked like confetti.

Description of Brookdale Plymouth
When you are looking for an assisted living facility for an elderly loved one dealing with dementia or Alzheimer's, the finest choice in Minnesota is Brookdale Plymouth (formerly Clare Bridge of Plymouth). Our community is proud to offer innovative memory care programming and superb management to Minnesota seniors.
As a Brookdale community, Brookdale Plymouth offers personalized care tailored to every resident's wants and needs.
Brookdale Plymouth provides outstanding amenities to residents. An on-site library displays books in regular print, large print and on tape as well as a large selection of magazines and newspapers. There is even a barber and beauty shop located on site so residents can stay looking their best.
When family comes to visit, they can gather with the rest of the community in the outdoor courtyards and gardens, or, if something more private is preferred, there is also a sun room, private dining room and a family room. Visits can end with a trip to the ice cream parlor–a favorite of residents and visitors alike.
While staff encourage residents to maintain as much independence as possible, they also provide a host of daily living services such as housekeeping, laundry and medication monitoring.
The Clare Bridge dining program has been recognized by the Assisted Living Federation of America as one of the “Best of the Best.” Food and snack programs are tailored for each individual to meet their own preferences and needs, with restaurant-style meals served three times daily in our elegant community dining room.
Placing a loved one into a memory care facility is one of the most difficult choices anyone can make. Brookdale Plymouth understands this, which is why we strive every day to provide the best care possible.
