I Visited This Facility
Heritage at Framingham was excellent for my sister. The program director was the one who spoke with us because the marketing person was not there that day. She was excellent and very helpful. She had been in geriatric health for a long time, and it certainly showed. I saw several people walking around, and I was impressed that the program director knew them by name and little stories and anecdotes that she could pass onto us about the patient. I thought that was a good thing. We looked at a nice studio room. We also saw the dining room, the rec room, and the library.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
Heritage is the best. The beautiful building sells itself- but, it's the care of the staff that is outstanding. My Mom had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease while dad was taking care if her at home (with lots of help). When his health started to decline we decided as a family, it was time to get her more help. It was a hard decision, that left us feeling guilty but one I will never regret. We moved her to the memory care community in Heritage and Mom seemed happier than she had been in 5 long years. She was participating in group activities, laughing and singing. The staff really helped her come out of the shell she had become. The support and care she received while being there is unbeatable. My only regret was that I didn't do it sooner.
