Bickford of Peoria was very clean. It looked like a very nice community. They have a library too. The lady that took us around was very nice. She did a good job. She was wonderful. I thought she was very nice, personable, and very professional. We were pleased with the place. They serve three meals a day.

I went to the assisted living side of Bickford of Peoria, but what I was most interested in was the memory care, so most of my time was spent there. The lady that took me on the tour was very nice. The ratio of staff to residents was lower than the other place, but it was clean and they were attentive to the residents. It seemed like there was good care there. They had stations where people could do things, but I didn't really see any particular activities going on.

Bickford of Peoria was really nice. They allow pets and there's no weight limit. It was a very impressive and lovely place. The people seemed very charming and caring. The gardens were really great, and I think it's neat that they had a resident there that was able to make a garden. I met the chef, they served us desserts and the food was really good.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

I found Bickford for my mom. It's very clean, close to my home, and has everything we need for her. She has done exercise and bingo, and has had her hair done. They get three meals a day, laundry services, and transportation to doctor's appointments. The staff is caring and comes every day to remind her to go to dinner or lunch.

Bickford of Peoria was good but pricier, and I didn't care for the location. I like that their facility and stays locked 24 hours, so the security was really impressive. I like the rooms and the activities they offered. Everybody I met that day was nice.

Bickford of Peoria was very clean and very nice. The staff was extremely nice. They gave me a treat bag to bring to my mom, which was really nice. While I was there, they offered me a drink and dessert. They took their time and were really nice. It was a nice place. However, they did not accept Medicare and Medicaid. The dining area was nice and very clean. It was a good place. I enjoyed it.
