Avesena Home Health Care is dedicated to providing the highest quality of medical care to our patients in the comfort of their own home or residence. We value the importance of keeping loved ones together while receiving the best possible health care. Our certified skilled nurses and health care teams collaborate with the patient's physicians to determine the best plan of care for each individual. In addition to caring for medical needs, Avesena clinicians work to emphasize preventative health to help maintain a patient's personal best health status and decrease visits to the hospital.

Our nurses and therapists have cared for patients in the Chicagoland area for nearly 10 years. Every patient at Avesena Home Health in under the care of clinicians who are compassionate, highly-trained, genuinely concerned and invested in their well-being and working to provide excellent care. We actively work to help each patient reach their personal potential in daily activities and personal living while maintaining and improving their health status.
