Willow Park was very nice, very clean, very bright, and very cheerful. It seemed like they had great programs, too. They were doing something for veterans the day I was there and everyone seemed happy and upbeat. The person who accommodated me was awesome, fun to talk to, and very upbeat. The dining area was very attractive. The rooms seemed a little small, but that wouldn't stop me from having my dad go there.

Willow Park Assisted Living was a wonderful outfit. They're very nice and very caring. They're very good people. I would recommend them. The staff who assisted me did very well. They invited me for lunch and it was very good. All of their clients were very nice. Their room was clean and nice, but it did not work for us.

Willow Park was nice. We were shown one room that was nice and clean. They had a beauty salon where they did hair and nails. The dining area was very nice.

Willow Park Senior Living was clean, but my friend had different needs that they could not meet. The staff was very friendly. It was clean, well maintained, and had a good layout.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

The staff is right there for any concerns. My father had a heart attack and 3 strokes right after moving in. They attended the discharge meetings, revised his level of care, and immediately stepped up their care for my mom as well as my dad. In addition, these people are so very dog-friendly. Whenever my dad is in the ER or the hospital, and my mom is gone, they come in and walk the dog on a regular basis. Their activities include a bus ride to various places around the country and city every Friday. They do out-of-the-ordinary things like allowing them to sit in a hot air balloon while it is tethered. They came and told my dad that he was helping children read today and pushed him over in his w/c across the road to the church school and back again. He loved it, and it gave my mom a great break. They have an active group for war veterans. They have a marvelous lady that encourages clients to tell their life story that is then stored on a CD. Although my mom is a vegan, they have made every effort to accommodate this by adding vegetable with protein to the salad bar and the wonderful soups. The facility is always clean and never has that foul odor of urine that often comes in these places. The staff always say "hi" and remember their names. When my dad had the diarrhea, while we were gone to the ER, the staff changed the bed, made it up in an inviting style, and picked up all of the dirty towels and other linens and took them away to be washed. You can tell that the staff love the residents. They do not drop them as soon as they sign on the dotted line. They also love their client's dogs. I would recommend this facility over and over again. They have really gone the extra mile to care for my parents!!!!!
