A key component of our community life is an assortment of thoughtfully planned diverse activities to help our residents engage with the world around them. You will find activities that range from group cooking to exercise classes that get the whole body moving, fostering physical health or social hours and discussion to stimulate the mind and spirit.
Our dining program is headed by a director of dietary services who has years of experience as a chef for popular dining establishments in the area. Three delicious meals are prepared daily, served in a well-appointed dining room. Alternative menus are available for those with special dietary restrictions and you can count on festive options for holidays and special occasions.
You can relax with the knowledge that we will take care of the basic chores including home maintenance, housekeeping and personal laundry service. Our staff of highly compassionate and skilled caregivers regularly undergoes training and education about the newest techniques and best practices in caregiving. You can expect the only the best when you need support with activities of daily living, such as mobility assistance, medication administration, dressing or bathing help. And thanks to our emergency response system, help is never far away.
We invite you to visit Peachtree Creek and experience how we can support you and your family.
If they could retain their staff better that would help their community. Their residents are all memory care so better staff retention could help with their quality of care.
The greatest part about this facility is that they care for memory care patients at different levels of dementia. So as they decline they just move the patients to a different program of the community in the facility that is more able to care for them. Some communities won't take memory care patients too far into dementia, but this community is so state of the art they have no problems taking in those patients.
Additionally, nutrition is treated as very important for the residents of this community. They have a special hydration system specifically to keep their residents hydrated. They use a special water filtration system that gets to the cellular system faster and keeps residents hydrated and can keep them less prone to urinary tract infections (which can be detrimental for memory issues).
