I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
This Facility is Under-Staffed; Management doesn't know what it is doing and the Safety of the Residents is Scary. The Pendants that they wear don't always work, AND they don't work outside the front door or on the Patio on their Property (found out that the Residents did not know this) Response Time for an Aide or HELP is unbelievably SLOW - After 8pm the Front Desk is Empty for letting anyone in from the outside, you have to ring a bell and they may come down to open the door within oh 15-20 minutes. Make sure your Level of Care is set at the right Level and even at that, you won't get the immediate Care that you are paying for.
