I Visited This Community
Staff members are very unprofessional and disorganized. Staff members do not have a warm relationship with residents. They often refused to interact with the residents. Staff members appeared worn out and extremely exhausted and did not appear enthusiastic or energetic. The menu options are not very appetizing and were sometimes served cold. Staff members sometimes are not aware of the special needs of each resident and sometimes refuse to follow the doctor's orders.
