At Friendship Terrace you can affordably rent an apartment with a kitchen, floor-to-ceiling window, wall-to-wall carpeting and a walk-in closet in a place where you can live independently in a caring community. Our program offers 24-hour emergency call monitoring, a delicious daily meal, exciting activities and friends and, should finances become limited, opportunities for qualified residents to receive rent subsidies. And what a neighborhood you could live in! In addition to the activities we have at Friendship Terrace, within a few blocks you will find shopping, restaurants, churches, grocery stores, entertainment, the new library, the Wilson Pool and the Tenleytown Metro Station! There is no cost to apply or any fee to be on the Friendship Terrace wait list.
