Quincy was nice and open. I was impressed with the person who showed me around. There was a park not too far away. Housekeeping is available, they serve three meals a day, and I'm very impressed with the chef.

It didn't look like an active community. The kitchenette was very small and the rooms just seemed very bland. There wasn't any character with its white walls and the place was older. The place looks nice from the outside, but the rooms just weren't too appealing.

We toured Quincy Place and it was very nice. They had an exercise room, a chapel, and there's an area with a pool table and TVs. They were still in the process of remodeling. They also showed us an area where you can do your laundry without being charged, you just bring your own detergent. They also offer housekeeping services and clean your apartment once a week. We really liked it and the staff was very helpful. We were there just as they were finishing lunch and the food smelled really good.

Quincy Place is good in terms of the meals and in terms of the space. It worked for my father. It's kind of upgraded versus the other place that we had tried. He doesn't participate in a whole lot of activities. He's a little younger than a lot of the people in the building. They do provide the meals every day and he's comfortable in the space. He's also able to walk away and go out in the community a little bit too, so that's been good for him. He likes the food a lot. They've got very nice staff, and he seems to get along with everybody and everything has gone well. It's a reasonable and nice facility.

I visited Quincy Place. It was a nice property, but it only had one meal a day. The rooms did not have refrigerators. They showed me a one-bedroom, and a two-bedroom, and they are fine. The staff seemed nice.

Quincy Place was adequate, but not as nice as the one we chose. The staff was good, the rooms were studios. I also saw a library and exercise room. They were adequate as well.

This location is focused on providing independent and retirement solutions to cliental. These objectives are achieved by offering the best of what Denver has to offer with state of the art services. The most notable include: 24 / 7 support, a choice of entertainment options and good food. The drawbacks are the large upfront costs of $13 thousand and the high pressure sales tactics used by staff members.

I have been asking why this facility, for the elderly, does not have a lift on their shuttle bus. The only answer I receive is "this is independent living". There are many that are in wheel chairs, walkers and scooters and independent, that are left behind while others go on outings. Paperwork and advertisements say transportation is provided for appointments and other outings. It would sure help the disposition of many if a lift would be installed on the shuttle bus. As you know many residents are in their final years and it would be very nice if all had the option to enjoy these outings with their friends and acquaintances.

Very knowledgable staff, answered any and all questions you might have and can also get paperwork going for those with VA assistance. Rooms were very spacious and roomy. My only critique which they were working on was to have more servers in the dinning room.
