I Visited This Community
The Parkview was great. I didn’t get that much information from the staff because I just showed up to look round. We looked around, and they gave us some information, and that’s all because my father-in-law is extremely difficult. I liked it there; it’s like living in a hotel. The staff member was very nice, welcoming, and helpful.

Description of The Parkview
At The Parkview, we are committed to providing seniors a home where they will feel cared for and have their independence respected. We provide high-quality assisted living services and memory care in a setting that provides peace of mind because caregivers are always close at hand and freedom of choice because of our numerous activities and dining offerings.
The Parkview is one of several communities owned by Eskaton. We are a nonprofit based in northern California and have over 45 years of experience caring for seniors and their families. Every day, we find inspiration in becoming part of our residents' extended family.
For their new home, residents can choose from a variety of floor plans that include studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts with private or semiprivate options. Each room is light-filled and spacious enough for residents to decorate with their beloved furnishings. A kitchenette, in-suite climate controls and an emergency call system are standard features. All utilities are included except for telephone.
Throughout the day, our residents can be found meeting in the lobby for an outing to a local park or museum, such as the Riveter Museum or a picnic at Del Valle, joining friends for happy hour or even heading to the media room for a movie. Our full-time activity director schedules engaging activities throughout the day that have residents exercising their mind and body while enriching their spirit.
Fine dining is always on the menu in The Parkview community dining room. Here, our residents enjoy delicious meals without the work of cleaning afterward. Other perks that we offer to make life a bit easier include on-site beautician and manicurist services, scheduled transportation and on-site postal services.
Families rest easy knowing their loved one is in safe hands because we provide 24-hour personal care assistance. At our Wellness Center, residents receive services that promote their health and well-being. For our memory care residents, the enclosed courtyard allows them the freedom to enjoy the outdoors within a secured setting.
At The Parkview, our philosophy of promoting the self-confidence, comfort and security of our residents is evident every day.
